Got a question...How do I get the existing header gaskets off?

Have you tried a jewlers screwdriver ( flat tip ) ? Just a thought, but be careful. Never done a full exhaust, just tryin to help.

Cuffee, do you have a Dental pick...with the rounded scraper/pic. Try that, should be able to pull it out that way.

Both are good systems. The bde will give you more power, but the micron will give you more sound. Whatever makes you happy is what's important.

I have the BDE Gen 3, love it, sounds good looks great on the bike and I can notice the power difference too.
