T-Rex frame slider removal

Hello Busa family,

Does anyone have an idea on how to remove these frame sliders?

First of all, I’m trying to remove the right side slider to begin the oil changing process with fairing removal, (It’s finally time).
I’ve tried to remove what looks like a screw or bolt cover as seen in pics. After prying in different positions around, all I’m doing is knicking and scratching them up. I’m beginning to think this is not the right way to remove them.

Second, I’ve been looking online trying to find any kind of instructions for these sliders with absolutely no luck at all. They are “T-Rex” sliders and I cannot find any numbers on them to indicate a specific model or date produced. My Busa is a 2012 and has a previous owner who had them installed at a shop so, he has no clue.

Please let me know what you guys think:)

Are you selling those? I'd like to buy them if you are taking them off.

The slider is just screwed on. The kanji is likely a press on cap. I didn't have that cap though. And mine had a set screw for the slider - no set screw?

Remove the cap on the end with the kanji logo and there is a big Allen screw there that needs to be removed for the slider to come off
