started the bike today and noticed some water in the garage.... then noticed the grass in driveway fluttering so it lead me to look under the bike for the leak... crack right down the center wield of the X-pipe connector. so... doing research for replacement... calling friend who tig's ... or jb wield?... just throwing out thoughts (i could remove it but if we lift it up enough could get under to weld and just remove both side panels and belly fairing, also have some starting and mild throttle issues so maybe finally found source?)

Yes, it could be the source of starting or throttle problems.
Not saying it is, but very possible.

well i got it off the bike... here are some pics of the crack
