I ran 17/46 at 63" and that was just a little too much. Probably 17/45 would have been perfect. Now at 67" my 17/46 works pretty well. I ran 18/45 on my 60" bike and that was real good. If you don't mind running the 16 on the front, probably 16/43 (stock rear) would work out pretty well for you.

I wouldn't recommend a 16 at all. Stick with the 18 first and worse case drop to the 17 at most. Work on your launch and REV that Gen-2 for the best results... ;)

Word of caution now that you lowered the front with the triple tree, be very careful how low you put it. Your oil pan will go smashy smashy if you wheelie and come down hard enough. Unless you have a low profile pan. If you do have a stock oil pan, I'd suggest putting the front back to stock height and strapping the front down. Seen a few busas smash their stock oil pans at the track doing this... The track staff and the rest of the racers didn't appreciate it...lol

My buddy and I have each broken a stock Busa pan after a wheelie. I now have a low profile pan ... which means I have a sidewinder ... the mods never end ...
