Here's our girl, Ikari. It's been almost 5 years since we took a chance on a skinny and insanely hyper shelter puppy. That was one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made.

So, we have cats, lots of cats that I rescued

...and Sheldon the Sulcata tortoise, and fish

Here are our 2 Siberian Huskies, Copper (6) and Rocky (5). We got both of them at 6 weeks old and they have provided more fun and smiles than one could imagine. They are spoiled freakin rotten and they know it!

Our Lab mix Leo, cattle dog mix Nevinna and Siberian Husky Kova. We rescued both Leo and Nevinna from abusive homes. They were a complete wreck. However, they have been the best 2 dogs I have ever had. Kova, we bought from a friend who had 2 huskies who had pups. He is still a work in progress but training is going well. His dad is 110 pounds...didn't believe it was full husky at first but got shown the papers to prove it. So, Kova should be a big boy and will need to be well trained to handle him.

My boys have a Great Dane at their Dad's house, named Jack. He's about 160 lbs, all legs and goofy. I really miss having Danes

My wife gave me a hard time for leaving the cat out, so... Here's Ikari and Miss Kitty on what has become their couch. My mom found her alone on a busy street when she was a kitten. Now she's 11 years old, but still acts about 2.
