Project "Serenity" the 500+HP Streetbike Build.

With the time question if you know exactly what you want in your build then that will save a bunch of time, but I have changed my mind on a ton of things in this build by adding stuff to it which rob has taken like a trooper with every request that I have had made even some of the off the wall stuff.

This is good advice, and very true.

Powdercoat finally arrived after the frame and arm had to be redone. Turned out perfect.

Don't have new wheels, or forks yet, otherwise it would be in rolling form.

Next week the turbo kit should be in, and then I can take the oil pan, and fuel tank sump to my welder to have the fittings welded in. Once the forks are finished the engine will go in,
And then we will be rolling. Now the fun part starts!

BOOSTED CYCLE PERFORMANCE

I still say it should have been a hot pink frame.

Sorry man I was going to do that, but I couldn't find a shade that would match the unicorns you requested on the fairings. Sorry bud.

But seriously did you figure out what color it's going to get painted?

:poke:..

I'd love to say it will go back together next week, but it looks like I'll have to send the swing arm back to velocity for a repair. When I was torquing the swingarm the bearings sucked in to the pivot. It appears when the powdercoaters redid the swing are the sanded down the groove inside edge inside the pivot the keeps the bearings in place. Needless to say I'm not happy about that. But its repairable.

But the good news is the kit will be in Tuesday. Wait till y'all see that!

Here it is guys, the moment yall have been waiting for! Back in the beginning of the thread I said we had a lil somthin special planned. Well the cats out of the bag now! The game plan was to run a GT35R Ultra kit. But what we didn't tell yall is that we are running the billet wheel GTX3586R turbo. That means even faster spool, and even more power potential. We also stepped it up another level, and had everything powder coated, ceramic coated, or anodized black. This kit is absolutely stunning in person. RCC really out did themselves again!

Oh yeah, one more trick up our sleeve. We opted for the new Ultra 1000 plenum. Can you say 450hp on pump gas?

A standard 35r kit is rated for 550hp. With this turbo, intercooler, and our head/cams set up this will hit 600hp without breaking a sweat. While it was never the intention to build this bike for maximum power, we wanted to get the most HP on pump gas possible. Its gonna be fun!!

Hey Rob, I see Richard did a nice job with the anodizing and ceramic work, it looks great. Considering that ecu editor extended boost fueling will only take you to 34 pounds of boost, I am looking forward to seeing the dyno charts on this one. So far, everything looks top notch, good luck with the build!
