Gen1, Gen 2 tail difference??

So I have this backrest I am trying to sell, however, I only know 100% that it will fit a Gen1 Busa. It mounts to the same spot as the grab bar. Does anyone know 100% that the Grab bar from a Gen1 will mount to a Gen 2? I think this will answer my question, however, if anyone has a Gen 2 and lives near Middle TN or southern KY I would give you an excellent deal on one just to let me see if mine will fit, or what would need to be changed.

Gen II are different, several people have asked if the grab bar will work from a gen I and it will not.

Agree with Wayne above. Since the part #s are different, NOT compatible:
Gen I = 46211-24F01-Y7L (last 3 is color code)
Gen II = 46211-15H00-YAY (last 3 is color code)

Fitment would be the best thing though. It could be off by 10ths of an inch and all it would take is widening of the bolt holes to make it fit both. If i had a GenII id be taking you up on the offer so quick...
