So, who remembers Rick Clemson from the Stampede?

I went to see him on Sunday at Palomar Mountain. I got a couple of pix. So did he.

He's going to be the Official Stampede photographer again for 2010, and he asked me to say 'hey' to ya'llz...and that he looks forward to seeing you again.

Before getting to Palomar, however, I did the 'usual' loop.

Chuck (from Hwy94 Photo) snapped these...

Between Hwy94 and Palomar, I stopped in to Julian.

I left rather early, so it was too early for Pie. I just ate a cookie, instead.

It was good, but just not the same.

My friends really were digging my new pipes...

Wasabi hit 67k

...oh, and I was on Hwy 94 on Saturday, as well......forgot.

Let's see...what else...

Had lunch on Saturday at Santa Ysabel Casino...it was quiet when we got there, but then the Chromers tried to surround us...

Here's the mayhem scene from Mother's Kitchen atop Palomar Mountain...

Madness. Sheer craziness.

It's a testosterone fest...to be sure.

Lastly...one of my favorite Julian residents, David Smothers, owner of Julian Pie Company, also a restorer of classic automobiles...

Best in Show.

Next time I'm there, I'll get some pix of his restored BMW......sorry for not having a pic of that to share.

can't wait for our ride coming up! And for my bike to have pretty exhaust just like yours! Like the sound better?

Well. Actually I want a turbo kit. So I am in the inter turmoil of getting some slipons or just waiting till I got the green for the boost.

Great pics and looks like U had a FAB ride.!!
Wish I could get out there and do that.!!
I'd give my left elbow for a piece of their peach pie with French Vanilla ice cream on it.!!
