Just use cheap habour frieght or Princess auto spoons.
I use a peice of 1/2 inch hose cut down one side and slipped over the rim to protect it. works well.
use the blocks of hardwood to keep the bead at the wheel center {other side} while using spoons to flip beads over.

spray bottle with strong mixture of dish soap and water,

Trying to save money on maintenance this year so i made a Wheel Balancer.
Most of the parts were donated.

The main frame is made of Unistrut. Is used mostly for electrical installations.
It is a very versatile system.

The mandrel is 1/2 drill rod and Nylon cones.

I am planning a changer next.

Trekfuel were did you get the parts to build the balancer, I have to to tell you that is nice good job!!:thumbsup:
