Thoroughbred horses are unpleasant. We have two retired/failed race horses and they are the most ungrateful and unaffectionate animals I have ever owned. I secretly wish they would die. Is that horrible or what? It could have something to do with the fact that they cost me upwards of $100/mo for feed.
