How to fix a sand through or a nick in the paint

Just wanted to share with want-a-be self repair guys...Painter pro told me, just use a razor blade and glazing putty...

Mix up putty, use blade to apply small amount to wounded paint...leave just a little bit over it and around it...sand down with 800 grit...then 1200...spot coat it with primer or color coat...u r good to go..see pics
