Do HID's make a difference?

How much of a difference do HID's make from OEM?

these are pics of my low beam and then with the high beam on...there is another bike directly beside mine with its OEM lights on (you can see a little bit of a golden light in the first pic)...as you can tell, there is no comparison between the two

They are safer but when u r broke just a kit from DDM works wonders. DDMtuning.com

personally, i like the overspill of light since it helps me see deer, possum, armadillos, raccoons, etc. in ditches and/or ditchbanks next to the road when i'm riding at night

My DDM's are great at night, especially coming around blind corners to spot ruts and potholes...

Yeah, big difference.
