Well here is my Build thread of my bike. I thought i would start off with the list of whats getting done and what additions there are. I will update this as parts arrive and i take pics.


1. RCC stage 1 turbo 6psi no spacer. Should push 220-240 rwhp
2. Trac 240 5in over Swing arm. with modified Rear Busa wheel for 240 tire
3. Gillies Rear Sets.
4. Dapincci air suspension
5. 03 front forks and stiffer springs installed.
6. Assortment of Parts powder coated to match
7. Chrome Bolts fairing and such. and some translucent reds
8. Scorpio Alarm
9. Hid Lighting, Fog Lights, and Mood Lighting
10. Magical Racing Carbon Fiber Frame covers
11. Magical Racing CF wind screen
12. Catalyst Composites CF Dash Panels
13. Cruise control of some sorts.
14. Modified Stock undertail.
15. Billet Sproket Cover.
16. Black Woodcraft Stator Cover with Red slider.
17. Custom one off Airbrush Berserk Anime Theme Bodywork.
18. Custom Gauges. Dash and accessory
19. Yoyo Dyne Frame slider and tie downs





The bike is looking a bit Slim

Now thats Randy Chrome triple Tree with Translucent red powdercoat over it.

Thee Arm 4-5 over stock GSXR 1000 Arm. Better brake bracket

Well i made some decent headway today as you can see from the pics. Turbo is mocked up and i have the heavy clutch springs in. The oil pan has been removed. New stator cover from Woodcraft. and the front end is somewhat assembled. Also you can see the 240 wheel and tire comparison.

Completed Dash Fuel pressure, Boost, Dakota Digital Air ride monitoring, Boostbysmith Gear indicator, along with the air ride control switches

Just needs the tank which is getting some touch up work on it and well the Carbon fiber frame covers but alittle cool yet to get them to stick to the frame So the bike is 99% there also have a bit of panel trimming yet to do.

Only real issues i ran into was finding out the 05-06 1000 swing arm had some tooling issues that needed to be address otherwise all was good

Side note Stock modified 240 busa wheel is 9lb's heaver then a stock wheel. This is with Tires mounted and all neccesary hardware

I got the original overlays done from the place called Speedhut they also sell gauges so i ordered new boost and Fuel pressure gauges to match my current overlays

Richards Kit actually not stedman had him Ceramic coat my turbo and header also. need to get my exhaust pipe done yet.

LoL it's intersting thats for sure i have had that body work for some 5 years other members on this board have seen it when i was down to Suzuki Cycle Fest in Colorado.


Thanks everyone for the compliments. Just need to get some Gear/boost based tuneing along with the tank and it shall be complete final pieces are at the powderocaters
