Got my new cush rubbers that i got from Greg yesterday. Bike rides so much better now. I only have 5800 miles on my bike and the factory cush rubbers were smoked, is that normal? What are all the deep lines in the old rubbers?

The grooves are from your Sprocket carrier. What are those new ones made of? Urethane would be my first guess. Price?

What is the reason for these? i know drag bikes don't have them but wondered what they were actually for when i changed out the back tire.

I am in the same situation. I have 7900miles on my sweetheart and "YEP, mine are trashed." and I dont ride her rough, gently carressed and and seduced to hit triple digits, but I only let her stretch her legs once in a blue moon. I am convinced that Suzuki needs to talk some of these after-market manufactures of Brakes, cush drives, rotors, when they build the 2009 and beyond. my:2cents:

These are a good thing to replace ! I felt the differance with new ones , and i'm gonna get these ones next!
