extra parts in a RS1 pipe

Hey all,
Bad storms knocked out power at the shop so I have been out in the garage.
Tryn to find out why my RS1 is so Quiet. Stock makes more noise. Come to find out Yoshi must have left some parts in the pipe...

Not really, just wanted to make it a little louder so i cut 7" out of it, took the inner (holey pipe) from my TRS race pipe. Re Wrapped it with the steel wrapping and took 1/2 of the fiby wrap off......
