We are starting a Adult Care Facility much like a Assisted Living Facility here in Florida with less residents (only 5 to 6). Here is a before pic of house being converted

It is slow but going. We may be buying 4 more facilities. Will know today after I have a sit down with current owners.

Much bigger than it looks in photos in the inside. Still decorating. I need my wife down here to help me decorate. Two guys decorating is not a good thing.
