Depending on the dates I would be very interested in attending the next event and being a photog for the memebers of the org.

I do weddings mostly, but I have sports equipment (about 10K worth) and have done some flat track motorcycle shots here and there.

If I were to cover a couple days of people riding I would probably throw ALL my pics on CD's and mail them out for $20 a piece.  That would be easier than picking and choosing specific photos to send out.  I would at least need to cover travel cost

We usually hire Killboy for an hour or two for these events.  He charges a flat rate for his time and provides a disk with 700-800 pics for us to reproduce and share.  It comes out to around $5 a piece depending on how many participate.  You may want to consider going to that pricing model if you want to complete in the current market.
