Tightened/stiffened up the suspension, rode around and tweaked the settings a little more. I think I found the sweet spot

 Had a quick reminder on a speed bump that she sits lower. Now my feet touch the ground

, I'm 5'8"
It's definitely better now but I'm sure that has more to do with the tighter suspension.
