Is the front ONE solid piece?
It appears to be. so I guess in order to remover them,
you have to remove the front tire, brakes and forks?
Kinda doesn't make sense to me.
I think I'd rather spend my $3000 on a set of BST wheels first.
Performance over looks any day.
Nah, looks like it's 2 pieces. Looks like it connects as an upper and lower between the holes on the sides. My old full aftermarket full fairing SV connected teh same way. Easy to remove, just had to be careful of the bottom piece when remove it so it doesn't scratch on the ground.

(Abusa'dor @ Aug. 24 2007,17:47) Oh so nice.  Anyone know how much of a weight savings we're talking about? (including the tank)
Full of fuel, which is only 3.5 gallons, she is right at 440 lbs. Been working on a carbon swingarm for about a year, so when its done, that should drop another 10 lbs off her

(GJoker @ Aug. 07 2007,06:16) Our very own clrwtrbusa has the most beautiful full CF Busa... and turbo too boot!
Ive seen it a few times around here at bike night at a local wing joint. Very nice bike and very fast.
