I don't know why I can't post the pics. It on my computer and in a file but for some reason it will not attach.

If you look down your pipe from the tail end and you can see all the way through and see nothing but the honey comb tubing then you don';t have the inserts like on the photo that 300 busa put up. But if you look down your pipe from the tail end and you see what looks like a tube then you have the inserts.

okay I think I finally got it working.

Uh, I hate my computer.

You actually have to use a set of pliers to grab hold of it and pull it out. But it comes right out.

Its the baffle, just pull them out, your sound will be better.

is that baffle held in by a a allen bolt? on mine it looks as if there is one on the bottom of the insert

Yes its held in by an allen head bolt on the bottom. Unscrew it and get a pair of pliers and they pull right out.
