Anyone use these on the Busa

I have a similar one and my ratchet hits the header (stock also). This should work like a gem

The HMF header pipes make it almost impossible to hand tighten the new filter. I use the same wrench on mine, works great. I tried to alter the socket type tool to slide on from the side with not much luck.

I perfer to use the K&N Oil filter. I think it's KN-138 part no. It has the 17mm nut which is crossed drilled for those who want to safety wire it.
 
I have a set of those pliers but they dont work great on the smaller Bike sized oil filter for me anyway. I just break it loose with the Suzuki wrench and then use my fingers to spin it off. Much as I hate to say it they should take a tip from Yamaha and put the filter out on the side where you can get to it.
