    Cager got me !!

An unfortunate hazard of biking. Speedy recovery and hope all works out well for you. Your family had a miracle with that. As has been said, infinitely better the bike than you.

who the heck does shat like this????

I'm not American, but graffiti in general is ugly and invasive. Commemorating those lost in battle, you'd would've thought those no lifers could have at least tagged something not of importance. Would LOL hard if they had pink painted all over them, and security paint too. That stuff sticks...

    i hate people.

Trap your house, don't use any cameras, and dig a deep garden. In all seriousness though, glad nobody was hurt, and sorry that you had these scumbags enter your house. Like a few others here, I'd love them to jump my house... if I was inside :flamethrowing::punch::guns::laugh::laugh:

Rode a little over 300 miles today

That's just a small way to go. How long did it take you to go that far? Bike looks great too :) Makes me wish I had one.

    Hard/emergency braking

I'll agree with getting slightly OT with some of the posts, but save for my diplomatic post ( which didn't work all that well :P ) I find it amusing. Thing is, for different people they will have things that work better for them. Not that it's the "right" way or the "wrong" way to do it, nor...

    Hard/emergency braking

What is seems to me from most of this is that without practice, you will not brake as well as if you had put time and effort into learning it. Both brakes together are better than just one, but locking or improper braking could be more dangerous than properly braking with just the front. I've...

How did you arrive at your Username ?

Mine is just a name I gave myself when I was a few years younger. It stuck and it's unique. Nobody else has it.

    Hard/emergency braking

Cheers for the tips guys. It's food for thought and something to get out and work on. Do you apply the rear before the front or both at the same time, but just lightly before squeezing them both on? I generally put both on, then 'apply' the brakes. I haven't locked the rear into a skid...

    Hard/emergency braking

I (very sadly) have only a GT250r for now, but it pays to learn the skills before you need them. - My next bike WILL be a hayabusa :) What do you all do to stop from going busa fast? I know there's probably a certain way to do it, but i've heard a few different ways (for bikes in general)...

    2nd crash, same bike

Okay, well I "was" going to sell it that afternoon, so I thought I'd take it out to check how it was running. (this was the chinese model, Lifan) That was mistake no.1  Went fine after about 5k's (3.1m). So I go up a windy hill, never been up before. Mistake no.2 Anyway, that went...

Ok...take a deep breath and watch this...

And that, my friends is why you never trust a cager. Not just bikes, but pedestrians too it seems. As far as train jumping goes, I have a nasty suspicion they do it for the rush. Can't have many lives left to go, even if they were cats. Which they aren't.

Another insane Isle Of Man TT video

These guys are either insane, great riders or a combination. You hear stories about this track ... which inspire you to go ride it
