Yesterday I rode in, it was 21 degrees outside. ( many thought I was nuts - I'm not arguing that ) Today I woke up to freezing rain, so I figure that is finally the end of the riding season for me. :down: It's a sad sad day.

Made it home okay. I was dressed for low temps and about a month ago I installed grip warmers (love them!!!), so I was ready for even the windshield. The bike started slower than usual but it did start. I let it warm up for several minutes before heading out. Snow in the forecast tomorrow, so...

I just ran out to check it and it started fine. Cranked a bit slower than usual and for many 2 seconds longer, but no problems. Am now comfortable it will start after work. Will be careful with the tires on the way home. Thanks for the heads up everyone! G.

I definitely let the bike warm up before heading out. I need to pay closer attention to the forecast in the morning (or the night before). I will be more careful, I just want to make sure I can start her and get home tonight. :please:
