Ya reading the lines incorrectly, the 125 at 3500 rpm is the torque curve and the other is the HP. But that much torque so early does make the the bike kick from those revs quite nicely and the surge of power after 7000 is the HP. Thats why for standard street riding i hardly have to go above...

I did baby mine at the start partially because the last bike i rode was a baby and this felt like a beast. When i took it to be dynoed the numbers were fine and the mechanic said "there no way to screw up a busa motor run in or not, they are rock solid."
