Hey everyone, I’ve been reading through whatever I can find about oil system mods for a gen 1, but wanted some opinions since mine has a full dry sump system.
*So, first of all, I am going to be running a larger oil sprocket as recommended by the dry sump manufacturer. As it’s being put into a...
Wow, looks like a lot more! Like triple the output. Very expensive units too by the look of it. I’ll do more research
looks like the higher output ones are actually an alternator.
I’m using a decent amount of power in my build. Electric water pump, 044 fuel pump, water pump for intercooler, and might even need a second fuel pump to fill a surge tank
Hey all, I’m wondering what some out of the box options might be to get a much higher amperage output on a hayabusa engine. I’m running mine in a car (Jeep actually), and don’t want to end up having to figure something out after it fails. I’d rather deal with this during the build portion.
The...
Just working on the video for this week, but I thought you all might enjoy a sneak peek!
Welding the AN fittings on the throttle bodies wasn’t fun, and still needs a bunch of cleanup.
Thanks again for the help everyone!
Could anyone tell me the banjo bolt size for oil line off the block that goes to the tensioner off hand? Need to order a jic adapter for turbo feed line.
Thanks! I figured that’s what I needed, but nice to get a visual. I’ll probably be using the plenum though as it makes things a little cleaner in my case.

I’m thinking I would just run from the throttle bodies to blow off valve for one...
I’m building the whole engine for 700+, but limiting myself to 400 with the turbo on purpose.
I’ll be using a water to air intercooler and pump gas, should take about 23/24 psi to hit my goal.
