Appreciate the feedback. white smoke which goes away pretty quick but lingers in the air unlike condensation. I have 600 miles on the bike and changed oil at 300 miles. I broke the bike in hard and it runs fast. The first busa I owned I broke in soft and it ended up being that way. not really...

My 05 Busa seems to blow smoke on initial cold start (not condensation) out of both pipes. This is my 3rd busa and the other 2 didn't do it. any thoughts? thks

sold my other busa a month ago. couldn't live without. bought the BIG RED a couple of weeks ago. $10,250 OTD. yahooo!

Ftliguordale, I bought the 40th and really like the color. not too many (color) around. I prefer the black frame especially if I decide to repaint..or...add the hayabusa 2 tone adding the black. that would be cool. black and orange. as far as it being a 40th who cares. 7 or 8 years the bike...

I paid $10,000 OTD for an '03 40th at alamo cycleplex in San Antonio, Tx a couple of months back. went in 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday and made them the offer and stood by it. tried to work me for about $500 but held out and got it. rode it home.

Busa's a blast. I'm 38 and got one about a month ago. I've got 2 Harley's (Heritage and electraglide) which I also ride equally and thoroughly enjoy. Best of both worlds. Hell, I like all bikes!

I paid 10,000 OTD for my 40th which tells me they probably cost the dealer around 7500 to 8000. I know ebay has 1 or 2 for under 10,000 (excluding tax and shipping). check ebay and www.traderonline.com. email or call the dealer and make a reasonable offer if you don't mind having it shipped.

Kinda figured that although they say 0 "miles". I've got a used truck dealership and every so often somebody wants to trade in a vehicle from canada. not much you can do with them unless you sell them real cheap.

Ebay has an all black le for like $9899 buy it now. It's in canada. I take it the busabikes in canada are in miles not km.

Might go to traderonline.com. find the lowest priced 40th and make an offer. let's say 9000. shipping 500 (about) state tax maybe another 6 or 700. any suzuki dealer will perform waranty work if needed. somebody will sell you the bike at where you want to be.
