anything you can get out from under the tank is good, but mounting just the fuel pump down low will allow the vapor bubbles to return to the tank and out of the fuel pump.

Relocate the fuel pump under the battery or in the tail. i had the same problem and tried all the insullation wraps to the filter, lines,etc. by locating the pump down low under the battery, any vapor will work its way back to the tank.

oil the threads and just snug them into the block then oil the nuts and torque them to 60 lbs.

if your head checked straight go back with a cometic and install ape studs at 60 lbs.

get a RCC fmu and eliminate your problems.

Call Powerhouse, he will have one.

let Ryan install and tune it, it will be right.

if you haven't done so, make sure you set your high side pressure also. i run 8 lbs boost and have mine set at 100 lbs. on the fmu.

I have had 2 busas with the same setup as yours and the f/p bleeds off after if you don't start the bike. no problems here.

a fuel and a/f guage is nice too.

second fan is a plus, i run one and it helps alot down here in texas with a 104 deg temp.

Crawler, i noticed from the picts you are not useing a fmu and going with a 1:1 reg. are you going to use secondaries or larger injectors?

If you have enough to fill 3 lakes we got a deal.
