I like the look too - but I trailer a lot and getting the handlebar sling over the bars would mean removing the mirrors every time.....how hard are they to remove?

anyone have suggestion as to where I can find a rashed up but mechnically sound Busa - any year? fleabay and craigs has nuthing worthwhile - anywhere else?
Looking to do a project bike based on a Busa. Would trade my existing oldchool bike if interested.
yeah been lurking for a long time - finally looking to upgrade.....I have busa's great great grand dad right now...still does 150mph two up but getting a bit bored with it.
thanks guys - good stuff. I thought I read somewhere that 2nd gear issues are fairly common.....other than that I have not seen much - unless it has 6,000 miles on the odometer and they are all from 1/4 mile runs :whistle:
check front tire pressure asap and run hand over tire to see if maybe thee is some front tire cupping from low pressure in the past. These heavy sport bikes are brutal on fronts and very sensitive to having the dead-on pressure

What should I look for in terms of possible weak points to check over?
