So I recently learned that car tires should be replaced every 5-6 years even if the tread looks good and new because the rubber deteriorates and can rot from within and fail. This must also be true for motorcycle tires. How often should I change my tires? I don't rack up too many miles...

I've done a couple trackdays at T-hill but I've never been to Infineon. I'm going there for the first time soon and is wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect. Esp in relation to thunderhill because that's the only track I've been on. Thanks!
