    Lane Splitting ?

If I am riding in Sacramento traffic then it is on the white line. Most times I don't even have to stop on my 15 mile commute, I just breeze up the middle the entire way home. The only time I forgo this is when I recognize my attention span is not as keen as it should be. You must be extremely...

    Chrome wheels flaking

+100 And on top of that I would contact him again and make sure he knows *why* you aren't sending them back and why you won't be shopping there again. This will give him the feedback he needs to either keep up the horrible work or acknowledge there is a problem and hopefully change.

REPOST FROM LADIES LAIR: bendy woman

Evolution here we come. Looks almost "post human" to me.

Members here that don't come around much.

Last I remember BentValve had gotten back on a motorcycle but it was a smaller "cruiser" type model. Maybe like a Honda Shadow or something? I don't recall ever hearing from him again. Sad, I hope he is ok.

Any tips on cleaning the stock rims?

Thanks for the tips folks! The wife ended up assisting on this. She had some Cameo aluminum polish and cleaner that she uses to clean the various appliances and sinks in the house. It worked amazingly well. Again, thanks for the tips. The tip about aluminum polish is what prompted me to ask...

Any tips on cleaning the stock rims?

Hey all, I took the Busa down for a day to perform her once a year "detail." I spent about 4-5 hours meticulously cleaning everything on the bike but in the end only the rims would not come clean. I wiped them down with kerosene which took off most everything. The only thing left is a "squirt"...

    G forces under acceleration?

I think roller coasters are actually capped at 7-8G's as well, anything above that and you can black or red out. So for the whole "gut feeling" you could do a "seat of the pants" test versus a roller coaster;) (har-har)

    G forces under acceleration?

Yeah I thought 2.73 sounded high. Really it would be somewhere between 0g's at closed throttle and 2.73 G's at WFO. Without knowing the force curve in between 0 and 60 though it is impossible to be exact. So the average of standing still, 0G's and WFO at 2.73 would probably give you a better...

    Clear Clutch cover w/ Led's

I love this look. I am dying to see it with the LED's on. YOu should post a write-up of how you did it. (Apologies if you did and I missed it.) It would kill me to cut into the plastics though, that is the only thing holding me back.

    G forces under acceleration?

Ok, I apologize but I will need to disagree with the final answer. Please correct me if I am wrong of course:) While acceleration may be a component of force the final calculation is a snapshot, a moment in time if you will. Using the numbers provided earlier we established 60mph over 2.8...

    Yoshi RS-3, baffles removed

All I have to say is WOW! The sound below 3000 rpm is ASTOUNDING. The sound above 3500 rpm is equally ASTOUNDING. The sound between 3000-2500 rpm unfortunately makes me want to drive an ice pick into my ear. WAY too much bass. Just a short jaunt up to the gas station was too much. If I could...

    Yoshi RS-3, baffles removed

Hey folks, Long time no "chat." Got a promotion lately and have been getting my people in line. I haven't had a chance to hit the boards recently. So today... I decided to remove the baffles from my Yosh RS3's (slip ons.) Wow do they sound nice. I have to admit I haven't actually ridden it...
