    Ams-500 & Ams-1000

This is how i have it mounted, the green LED is not part of it, its an indicator light for intercooler pump. Some careful placement of silicon helps with water but i dont ever plan on going out in the wet.

Im running a Turbosmart EBoost2 for that exact reason. You can have four individual boost groups and pair any gears together that you wish. I have first at 4psi, second at 8, third 12 and 4,5,6 paired at 18psi. Needless to say 4th is a hoot on swb. You can also control the gate pressure which...

Thanks man! I think the general consensus out there for a safe boost level on a non decompressed engine is 7-8 psi on a gen 1 which should put you around 250hp, and on a gen 2 4 psi which is around 230hp. Im no expert Terrence which is why I strongly encourage you to get with a reputable shop...

    Gen1 Rcc Turbo Home Brew...

Thread update: Went down to the dyno and began running in the bike a little under some load. After run in the tuning started. Overall it went very well with only a small electrical issue which was caused by a pin not seated all the way in a plug. Easy fix! So we stopped at 18 psi with a very...

Cheers Greg! I guess a bit of build creep crept in along the way!! Only rode it up my street to check gearbox/clutch / leaks etc and cut a filter.I will leave it now until the dyno to get those rings seating correctly. Looking forward to 2nd feb.

Thanks Shade! Will do regarding the clutch. And the coating on the hot side was done locally in Australia by HPC. I also had piston crown & skirts done by them at the same time.
