you can connect OBD2 devices to the red diagnostic connector and get some of the basic stuff, throttle position, rpm, coolant temp, some of the fuel load stuff, i don't think narrow band o2 though.
Goofing around with my remote control turbo gen3 Hayabusa. You can see it build a couple psi of boost on the 2 step on the multifunction speedo boost gauge at the end. Just dorking around with this awesome maxxecu waiting for warm weather in Michigan.
Got all the sensors wired in
Fuel, oil pressure, boost control, air shift, ecu controlled steering damper, oil lamp output, flexfuel sensor, heat exchanger for intercooler filled up and pump wired in, steering damper mounted, bodywork out back on
