I'm thinking of buying another GEN I (2005) with 14000 miles, I cant pass up the deal. My question is, what do I need to change so that I could put the GEN II front fairings on? I know how to change he rear, I've done that already on my first bike. Thank you

you have to grind down the frame on all 240 kits........off set sprocket as well. The axle is VERY shady. Get a new one!

Got it, I will order the other side. I wasn't sure on why I needed the right side, but after looking at it....the hazard switch is on the right so that might have something to do with it.

No just the left.....do I need the right? Why?

I also had to change my wiring harness. what about the pass switch? from an 01 to an 03-07.

Ok, so here's what I found out......I have an 01(wo/pass switch)., the harness came off an 03-07 (w/pass switch). I need help with witch wires do I pin & unpin on the harness. :banghead:
