I would not want to have to remove the plastic every time I wanted to lift the bike. I have both types, and only use the high lift one on my Harley. I would go with a Red Line, or a Pit Bull rear stand for most things.
I have reserved room 109 at the Phillips for April 20th through the 22nd. I plan to head back home on Saturday morning so I can stop in Nashville to see my niece and her hubby. I hope some of the people I know from Eureka Springs will be there that week.
I know how you feel (unfortunately). You remind me of me - it will bug you no matter how minor the fairing damage is. I am just glad you did not get hurt. I really enjoyed riding with you and look forward to doing it again soon.
