I had chains which held more than 40mkm. My last chain broke at 24mkm while accelerating strongly at the exit of a bend. It's difficult to control everything. I will change the next one at 20mkm as a preventive measure. Safety. Spent a new one
Thé connector close to thé regulator was well. It was the first one(under the tank) from the alternator with the 3 Yellow wires. It had burnt like in your 1st picture. There IS a risk with it. So, I welded the wires.
You're right. It's 16mm for front and 13 for rear brakes. Buse gen1 k3. I use good pads and aviation hoses (surrounded by Steel). Liquid has been replaced a few months avoir and it is without air. Braking IS still good but less than in the past So I'm considering to repair the master cylinder
Hi all.I would liké to rebuild my front brake(gen 1 k3). Piston diameter indicated in the technical guidbook is 14 mm(only)but nothing about the lenght. Do someone know it ?
the cable sheath must be able to follow the handlebars without being overstretched. That,s why it shouldn't be tied too much. If it is not the problem, you'll have to find an another path and reroute the cable
