When Frank built my Gen2 last year he sent my transmission to Robinson for a full build which also included the full Cryogenic Process and Polishing. It looked so good, it was a shame to hide the dam thing inside the motor. Man, that Bike shifts Flawlessly. My Gen1 has the tranny undercut etc...
My bike handles great with the 600 hp. Map and a 4" arm. I have BST's on it too. My 330 hp. Gen1 has a 6" arm and handles like poop compared to the Gen2. It has stock wheels though.
My buddy who runs 3 Suzuki dealerships here in Ct. said that they had a sit down meeting with the Japanese people from Suzuki and they said it's happening. Supposedly, there will be limited Quantities and they wont be cheap. When he finds out more, I'll find out more. Already told him I want one..
The cbr 1000f Hurricanes were built in 87 and 88. I had each year. Bought them both new out of the crate. Fastest bike 87'..161 mph. They dropped the hurricane name I believe after 88' and were just called cbr 1000f. Had the 600's also..GREAT BIKE! Fit and finish were Gorgeous. I had the Blue One's.
