Hey all, I just had the c41 and I tried everything known to man except a new harness to fix the issue but I forgot to check 1 little thing. The POWER COMMANDER!!! Once I disconnected the old power commander that came with my bike, she fired right up. Don't have the same dumb mistake I did!
