I believe I had a bad battery. I asked around and I was told that some yuasa batteries are faulty because the way Exide assembles them. I am assuming that's what it was. I tried to charge the battery at Cycle Gear and they told me that the battery was toast. I installed my new battery today...

With a 16T any bike will tend to wheelie easier, but will put you in the bike's sweet spot much sooner; you just have to slam the bike so the bike will not wheelie.

According to Famosraceway.com, they only had one motorcycle event this year which was the AHDRA back in May. I'll ask around next friday when I'll be there if they will be having any NMRA events for 2005, but I doubt they'll know though.

The track will be open this Friday (7th), and curious if anyone will be running. I'm planning on running my newly acquired 2004 busa just waiting for my leather pants and kill switch. Let me if anyone will be going as I would like to meet some of the guys here on the forum.

Finally got a hold of the track, Famoso Raceway, here in Bakersfield, California. They require full leathers, 2 piece acceptable, just as long as they're zipped. Kill switch is a must and the basics: helmet, gloves, boots. Thanx for the inputs.

I've had mine for 2 months now with about 1100 miles on the odo. I haven't had any problems yet except excessive tire wear :D
