Man I feel good if a rear gets 2K. Both my busa and new 14 are about the same. I have 3300K on my new 14 and will be getting a new tire soooon. I live in the western NC moutains and it kills tires. My front only lasted 2900K and was toast.

I've got the regular SMEG and a friend has the Alien head, both are pretty loud. You would have to have a decible meter to really tell the difference at full song?? Im in hendersonville NC, been trying to get to Greer when time permits to take it for a run.

No comparison from gen 1. I havent had the chance to ride a new busa but I currently came from an 03 busa to a 08' 14. I cant see how any bike could be smoother, maybe as smooth?? I still have the stock exhaust so it adds to the smoothness factor. Looking forward to riding a new busa to compare.

Well went by the local dealer and made a deal and placed a deposit on a 08' Blue busa. Salesman said it should be here in late Sept or Early Oct!!!!!!!! Cant wait!!!!!!!!!

Someone must be selling me junk tires, the last rear was a qualifer and it lasted just over 1200 miles. Thats with no burnouts. Im on three rears and two fronts with less than 6k on all.

The best thing that I found was to just download a map from Dynojets web site. I tried a few different ones when I just had slip ons and the ones from the website worked best. They may not have the exact brand as yours but just use one close, I think this will get you close enough with just slip...
