Anyone have to retune after going to a K&N, BMC or PiperCross ??

Getting my bike ready for 2015 riding season and will be changing and or replacing the air filter. QUESTION: If I go with a hi-flow filter like the K&N will it effect the fuel mixture, will it run rich or lean with a K&N air filter??
