From what I understood, the inline resistor is "suppose" to correct the rapid flash rate. I put them on my setup, it did slow the flash rate down somewhat but not to the "OEM" flash rate. I took my resistors out and trashed em. I picked up a automobile flasher and did that mod and called it...

Wow....Tis the season for headgasket fixes. Great pics.... never really seen hard core evidence of a blown gasket till now. Great job !

Update: Did not want to use compressed air on the solenoid as not to "rupture" internal components therein. Took the solenoid out of the "circuit" and blew through one end of the solenoid without it connected and it was like shooting a spitwad through a straw. I did not think to put a towel...
