I have an internal fuel pump setup off a 2002 busa.
It is not priming (and yes I have plugged it in lol).
I have taken the assembly out of the tank as I also want to clean it up (see images) but can't find anywhere (on here or internet in general) how to test it.

I have just put my bike back together after the engine was out for maintenance.
Went to start it for the first time & I now get fault code C15 which is engine coolant temp.
I have tested this sensor (see attached image) in water up to 95° and it doesn't...

My back wheel wouldn't spin with bike in gear and clutch in (was trying to bump it) & a friend said sounds like clutch has gone!...well ive started stripping the clutch using the haynes manual and got as far as the clutch plates are out - but the haynes manual goes on about removing bits...

Other than carbon pads i'm still running a completely standard braking system on my 2001 busa.
I've been looking at the brembo upgrade, braided lines, different rotors etc
Before i fork out for new bits does anyone know if you can upgrade to ABS - either a way of converting gen2...

I am in the middle of replacing my chain and sprockets and stupidly thought it was a good idea to replace the rear wheel bearings whilst its off.
I ordered rear wheel bearing kit from ebay and it seems that the kit is for inner bearings (sealed type) and a grease seal only ...
just to let you guys know - it was the thermostat (final thing).???
So all in all my cutting out problems have been down to (and if you have similar probs check): tilt sensor, relay, fuel pump, thermoswitch and thermostat.
(now wonder she was being a pig) - so back on the road and no cutting...

sorry yes i did check fuse and its ok.
when i filled with the new coolant i just followed the instructions on the bottle which said something like...fill up to just below neck of rad, start bike up with rad cap off and let warm up and watch for bubbles releasing. then turn off...

Problem:
After about 10-15mins of running my busa cuts out - the temp gauge goes to the top/red mark and the fan doesn't come on.
Background:
• The coolant is the non water expensive stuff. Plus I ensured all air was out of system at the time.
• I have inspected the fan...
