Let's get back to how much YOU weigh. Likely there's a few kilos to be saved there without spending loadsamoney on titanium this and carbon fibre that....
I lost 6.5 kilos and my quarter mile times came down just over a quarter second......just sayin'
The big thing is the exhaust now has no catalytic converter so the back pressure is greatly reduced and the motor will run too lean. You really should get the fuelling optimised to the exhaust. It will run so much smoother and the hole you've put in the mid-range power with the decatted system...
Why on earth are you riding with the chain worn that much? New chain and sprockets so much cheaper than new engine cases or your hospital bill if it throws you off when it lets go....
The Brembo calipers from the later years will give slightly better performance, with decent pads fitted that is. Braided lines will also give a slight improvement. But the best upgrade is the Brembo RCS19 master cylinder. Just be thankful you don't have the old 6 pot calipers that only work with...
200 width will fit, though like Tony and a lot of other B-King riders I changed from a 200 tyre to 190/55 which makes that barge a lot better on the road. Similarly I changed my Busa to 190/55 which works well for me. I personally feel the handling of the Busa would be worse with slower turn in...
I ride fairly hard and mileage is only a minor concern, I want the best grip/feedback/confidence from my tyres (yes tyres, I'm English - we don't have tires!). Firstly, 190/55 is IMHO the best size for a rear tyre and I run 36 front and 32 rear cold pressures.

HAYABUSA (2013) ABS
I'm in Engerland and been trying to get a UK producer (HEL) to come up trumps - they want me to take my lines off and send to them to use as a pattern, so I may well import from Core in the US.....
And how long is a piece of string?
A stock B-King should make 160-165 rear wheel bhp. A freer flowing exhaust when the fuelling is sorted will give 5-10 more ponies and modding the airbox with larger bore intakes sucking in cooler air will get you another 5 ponies. Mine made 165bhp stock and...
