    Removing PAIR VALVE questions

Don't remove the PAIR valve, use it to relieve crankcase pressure for an extra 2HP. Removing it for weight savings is negligible. We are only talking about 4 lbs or so. The Hayabusa has plenty of HP to move the extra weight.

Engine clunking only when clutch disengaged

It is possible the springs in the clutch basket are worn. If you do not drag race the bike you would never notice it. While drag racing the bike would buck and lurch violently off the line. Pull the clutch apart, it is not difficult if you have any mechanical experience. Check the springs in...

    Turbo blow off valve install

I respectfully disagree with you on this, the boost is not enough to cause damage to the turbo in the Hayabusa application if it is below 10 lbs. I have been drag racing a Velocity Stage 1 turbo since 2007. Looking over my run records, as of last year I have 1,124 WFO passes on the turbo at 6...

    Valve Spring replacement

I would pull the head and change the springs. If you are going to lean the engine forward you may as well take it out as you are only one bolt away at that point. IMO It is easier to work on it when the engine is out of the bike. As for the head gasket, I am amazed how many people will try to...
