Looks like battery acid was washed off and ate into the finish. Cant do much for that without ruining the paint on the frame. You buy the bike used and these "stains" were already on it?
A clutch that works good at the track doesn't always work so good on the street...I have an old school MTC multistage,when it's set up to throw the lever away at the track it will slip at that rpm when ridden on the street...

I tagged the limiter in 6th when the bike was 100% bone stock. Felt like it took forever to get there,and I have no idea how fast I was going. I'd suppose around 180-ish as the ECU limits the fun to 186mph
That is a common issue when you put a long arm on it,you'll end up needing a high quality aftermarket shock to fully eliminate that as you won't be able to launch without blowing the tire away.
