    Thanks Mr Brown, it just threw me when it was mentioned there was no electrical connection on the pair valve assembly, I thought I had imagined it :D. I have blanked the holes and plugged the air box ,so all done.

    Does anyway now the best method for removing the fork tube bushes. I can get the one nearest the seal out ok but the one further up I am not sure on how to tackle it .The bushes are not worn but need to be removed as I want the tubes anodised a different colour and the company going to do it...

    At last a Busa

    A few pics of battered Busa. Drained the coolant and refilled ,added a makeshift expansion tank, refitted the wires to the temperature sensor on the rad, pleased to say all seems well no leaks and fan kicked in at about ha;lfway on the temp gauge.
