Nope. Nothing to fix to on the 4:1 Akra system. the Akra 4:2 does use that bottom mounting, with a new bracket.

Can you move your can by hand a little bit too?

13mm works fine for me. Yes there is some movement, but only if you twist the mount. In practice it doesn't move at all.

The Akras are very well made too. I went for the 4 into 1 full race system, mainly because I wanted to save as much weight as possible without the system being too loud, as it can be for some with the excellent Brock systems.

You shouldn't have to cut the system. The fitting instructions for Akrapovic slip-ons are very clear regarding this.
