Anyone own 80 Gal Air Compressor?

Years ago I got a husky from Home Depot and it’s still doing great today. I just change the oil when it looks dirty in sight glass. Mine is a 2 stage but now I think they have 3 stage.

Thanks for explaining everything. I should have figured there was a reason vband housings weren’t used and now looking at the manifolds I see how it will be hard to make proper collector. Sorry Richard if my responses came off harsh. I can only imagine how much crap you have had to deal with...

You don’t think anyone else here has made turbo kits that have been copied before. I have, just wasn’t for a busa. Is was a front mount for a Mazda speed 3 way back in the day. Then it was turbo manifolds on Evos. I admittedly was upset at first when I saw copies on eBay selling for 1/3 the...

Say hello to Lucy, the new shop bike.

I’m new in the busa world but this is silly. Modifing designs is what progresses things. Boosted saw a flaw or a better way to mount pump so made his own bracket and is using different components. New people making same products is better for consumers. (Supply vs demand). I get why Rcc is upset...

So I ordered the carbon Dan moto slip ons. I had to get some sound for now and didn’t want to spend a lot just to pull it off. They are about as inexpensive as you can get and still be an actual muffler and not just a open pipe.

Knowing me I won’t stay stock motor very long. What will likely happen is stay stock motor then buy another motor and build that then go big power. Also I just remembered I have a haltech elite 1500 just chillin. Highly debating going stand alone with the racepak digital dash, flex fuel, boost...

6 speed is only good to about 450 and don’t launch it too much. Issue is there isn’t room to really make them stronger or do double/triple synchros. Once you go big power 5 speed swap is only a matter of time.

Here is one that a built motor for and tuned. This was Evo 9 with stock 6 speed at the time. We quickly blew the 6 speed and had to do 5 speed swap.

These are only pics I have right now. From the day I was buying it, then I was taking pics of my dyno to sell it and you can see her in back ground.

Thanks man! It was a hard choice between the white and the black, but the pearl on the white sold me, they way it has blues showing when light hits it a certain way got me. And I wasn’t too hip on the sparkly orange that was on the black. So far I’ve taken off all the red stickers, it was just...

I plan on going to boosted when I get back home from Cali to discuss options. His recent stage one on ethonol that made 280 seems like something I'm Interested in. Hell even 260 on E85 i would happy.

That’s honestly what I was afraid of is spending a good bit on bolt ons then rip it all off and do turbo. For the time being I at least need to find some used slip ons or something to get some sound and un restrict ecu until I get turbo. So hard riding a whisper quiet bike, especially a busa lol.
