40 is where you want to stay with a completly stock engine and then you still want to stay out of the rev limit. As Draco said there are way too many opinions on nitrous to say which is better for your application. I always prefered fogging over spraybars but there are a few new spraybars out...

I run a 40 shot dry on my 08 with heavy duty valve springs and SS valves on the exhaust side. I have burned the exhaust valves up on one cylinder but was more my fault than anything. Make sure you get a good tune on it and keep it out the rev limit. I would suggest if your not going to beef up...

What kind of nitrous kit you have and what kind of fuel pump?

My customers sold the spraybars. I have 2 spraybars from a company who wants me to test them and give my opinion on but they are not Gixx's. I may use them and put up the results.
