Managed to get it out. Was seized onto left side spacer. Took a bit to shift it. One of the seals was knackered resulting water and crap getting inside. Replaced all bearings, seals, refurbished all rusted parts and greased all up. Looks new and feels a lot better riding.

Sorry. May I add that I tried a metal hammer with the nut on the end of the axel and it didn't work. I have however not tried heat on the bearings. I'll give it a shot during the next few days and update you with my progress.
